Finnish sauna
It is a traditional type of sauna that originates from Finland and is one of the most famous and least popular types in the world. Unlike a steam or infrared sauna, a Finnish sauna uses dry heat. The temperature in the Finnish sauna usually reaches 80 - 100°C with low humidity, which varies between 10 - 20%.
A stove on which stones are placed is used for heating. If necessary, water can be poured on the stones, which will increase the humidity and the feeling of heat for a while.
