Loyalty program
1. ABOUT THE LOYALTY PROGRAM IN GENERAL
The Tatra VIP Club loyalty program (hereinafter: Loyalty program) is intended to reward the loyalty of guests of the Grandhotel Tatra operated by SYNOT GASTRO SLOVAKIA s.r.o., a spin-off registered in the commercial register maintained by the Regional Court in Brno, section A, file 26295, registered office: Jaktáře 1475, Uh . Hradiště, Mařatice, ID: 05627265 (hereinafter: Synot). Synot is also the owner of the Loyalty Program. Members of the Loyalty Program are obliged to act responsibly and comply with these Rules.
The aim of the Loyalty Program is to enable its members to use the benefits listed below. By joining the Loyalty Program, each member of the Loyalty Program declares that he has read and understands the provisions of these Rules and that he fully agrees with them.
The unavailability of the requested benefits does not give the Program member the right to a reduction in the price for accommodation.
2. DEFINITION OF LOYALTY PROGRAM
Program: loyalty program organized by Synot under the name Tatra VIP Club. All copyrights in this program belong exclusively to Synot.
Stay: the period between arrival (check-in) and departure (check-out) from the hotel. Depending on the number of nights spent during the calendar year, the member is entitled to different degrees of membership, i.e. benefits in accordance with the terms of these Rules, with two nights during the stay being the minimum number of nights required to receive the benefits, together with the mandatory reservation of the stay through the website www.grandhoteltatra.cz before arrival.
Client: a person who meets the conditions for joining the Loyalty Program, but who has not yet joined or who has not yet accepted the terms of the Loyalty Program Rules.
Member of the Loyalty Program: a person who has joined the Loyalty Program and who acquires the right to the benefits of the Loyalty Program in accordance with the level of membership under the terms of these Rules. A detailed description of the benefits according to the level of membership and the conditions for obtaining them can be found on the website: www.grandhoteltatra.cz.
"Tatra VIP Club" membership levels:
"Active" membership level: the membership level that the member obtains for stays of 8 or more nights as a member of the loyalty program in a calendar year. Includes "Insider" benefits in the form of products and services in accordance with the applicable list of benefits.
"Traveler" membership level: the level a member earns for stays of 15 or more nights as a member of the loyalty program in a calendar year. Includes "Traveler" benefits in the form of products and services in accordance with the valid list of benefits.
"Elite" membership level: the level a member earns for stays of 20 or more nights as a member of the loyalty program in a calendar year. Includes "Elite" benefits in the form of products and services in accordance with the valid list of benefits.
Tatra VIP Club card: a card that a member receives as confirmation of membership status, on the basis of which he receives benefits according to the level of membership he has reached. The membership card is not transferable to other persons.
3. PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAM
The purpose of the program is to reward regular guests of Grandhotel Tatra. Overnight stays in the following cases are not included in the Loyalty Program:
a) For stays booked through a tour operator or through online travel agencies.
b) Coupons/vouchers for reservations made.
c) For wedding banquets.
d) For reservations made for the purpose of a corporate event.
4. TERMS AND BENEFITS
Membership in the Loyalty Program is available to all individuals over the age of 18. Membership in the Program is free. Persons can join the Loyalty Program by making a reservation through the website www.grandhoteltatra.cz.
To achieve the membership levels described below, a member must meet the conditions listed below for each membership level within one year.
The conditions for achievement or retention depending on the degrees of the program are as follows:
"Active" membership
A member who has stayed at the hotel for at least 8 nights in one year
+ 10% discount in the à la carte restaurant
+ 10% discount on wellness procedures
+ Exclusive offers for members only
+ A bottle of Perlíto in the room upon arrival
+ earlier check-in (subject to availability) or later check-out (subject to availability)
"Traveler" membership
A member who has stayed at the hotel for at least 15 nights in one year
+ All benefits of an Active member
+ 5% discount on accommodation (excluding packages and special events)
+ Fruit bowl on arrival in the room
+ Priority on the waiting list (subject to availability)
+ Option to book your favorite room (subject to availability)
"Elite" membership
A member who has stayed at the hotel for at least 20 nights in one year
+ All benefits of a Traveler member
+ 10% discount on accommodation (excluding packages and special events)
+ A welcome package of selected pralines
+ Free VIP entry with purchased basic entry to Water World
An overnight stay can only be credited to the account of a member who has personally checked into the hotel. To take advantage of your benefits, you must book your stay on the website www.grandhoteltatra.cz.
In all of the above cases, the member has a period of one year to fulfill the above conditions for the respective level of membership. If the member fulfills the conditions for the relevant membership level during the year, he will be assigned the next membership level 48 hours after checking out of the stay that allowed him to meet the conditions. For example, if you are a member at the Tatra VIP Club Active level, you will be assigned the Tatra VIP Club Traveler level.
At the end of the year, if none of these conditions are met during the year, the member will be returned to the previous level of membership. For example, if you are a member at the Tatra VIP Club Elite level, you will be returned to the Tatra VIP Club Traveler level.
Stays booked through a tour operator or travel agency, where the payment is not credited directly to the hotel account, do not count towards the entitlement to the benefits of the Loyalty Program. Booking portals where payment is made directly to the portal operator's account are also considered travel agencies. The same rules apply to coupons/vouchers purchased by the member. Also, stays for services invoiced by the hotel to third parties, such as insurance companies and health insurance companies, are not counted. Stays made on the basis of winning coupons/vouchers are not counted.
If no activity is recorded within a period of two years, the member no longer has the right to use the benefits of the program. In this case, the previously acquired status will be cancelled.
There are three levels of membership: Active, Traveler and Elite. The specific membership level is tied to your "overnight" activity during each year.
Start collecting nights to earn a membership level with more benefits. Overnight stays can only be collected by direct online reservations on the website www.grandhoteltatra.cz.
We guarantee the lowest price for every reservation made through the Grandhotel Tatra internet reservation system. Tourist tax is not included in the price.
5. RESERVATION
Your payment card will be charged the total price of the reservation in order to confirm your reservation.
The credit card also serves as a guarantee for any other services used at the hotel.
A credit card is required for booking. We accept payment cards Eurocard/MasterCard or Visa.
Your personal and credit card information is fully protected. Data transfer is carried out via a secure server.
6. USER ACCOUNT
In order to see the current status of the account and reservations, a user account is available on the website www.grandhoteltatra.cz. After logging in to your user account, you can edit your personal data, view your reservation history, and after meeting the conditions for membership, follow exclusive offers only for Tatra VIP Club members.
7. HOW TO GET TATRA VIP CLUB LOYALTY CARD?
After meeting the conditions (minimum number of overnight stays), you will be included in the Tatra VIP Club program. During your stay, you will receive a plastic loyalty card with a number that you can use as a member for all future bookings and use of services at the hotel.
The card is limited to 2 years. If the card has not been active in the last 2 years, the member no longer has the right to use the benefits of the program. In this case, the previously acquired status will be cancelled.
If the card is lost or stolen, it can be replaced free of charge only once. Each subsequent exchange of the card is charged a fee of CZK 250.
8. OTHER NOTICES
To receive discounts and benefits, you must make a direct reservation for at least 2 nights!
9. EFFECTIVENESS OF LOYALTY PROGRAM
The loyalty program takes effect on June 1, 2021.
10. TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP IN THE TATRA VIP CLUB PROGRAM
Termination of membership and cancellation of the Tatra VIP Club loyalty card can only be done in writing or by email. If there are no doubts about the identity of the applicant, the membership will be terminated within one month from the delivery of the application.
Membership also ends automatically upon termination of the Loyalty Program, which Synot will inform the public and its members about on its website and/or using other appropriate means of communication. Automatic termination of membership will also occur if (i) the loyalty card is not used by the customer for more than 2 years (deletion will be carried out in the following year), or (ii) according to legal regulations, further duration of membership is not possible, or (iii) withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data.
If Synot discovers that a member significantly violates these Loyalty Program Rules, for example abusing his membership, Synot is entitled to cancel his membership with immediate effect, of which he will be informed. This does not affect Synot's right to claim damages (property and non-property damages) as well as the full return of unjust enrichment.
Synot is also entitled to cancel the Tatra VIP Club card/User account/membership if the Tatra VIP Club card/User account/membership has been misused by a third party and/or if a duplicate Tatra VIP Club card/User account/membership has been detected.
If membership is terminated for any of the above-mentioned reasons, all benefits will cease as of the date of termination.
11. OUT OF JUDICIAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Given that a member registered in the Tatra VIP Club loyalty program is a consumer, Synot informs that if a dispute arises between Synot and a customer that cannot be resolved amicably by other means, this member always has, among other things, the right to contact the Česká obchodní inspection (Czech Trade Inspection - Central Inspectorate - ADR Department, Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2, website: adr.coi.cz, e-mail: adr@coi.cz) as the competent entity according to the provisions of § 20e letter . d) of Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on consumer protection, with a proposal for an out-of-court settlement of a consumer dispute according to the relevant provisions of part three (§ 20d - 20m) of Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on consumer protection. The consumer-member can also use the online dispute resolution platform established by the European Commission at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
